• Conducted thorough academic research on municipal fiscal health indicators and service level efficiency metrics to engineer standardized analytics for13 municipalities in the Valley Benchmark Communities(VBC)• Aggregated, cleaned, and loaded financial and other municipal data into Excel from ACFR reports and Census of Governments reports for the VBCmunicipalities for years 2014-2023• Engineered 15 different standardized metrics in PowerBI for measuring fiscal health and service efficiency of different municipalities• Met weekly with faculty and fellows at ASU’s Center for Urban Innovation to share progress on VBC report and go over simultaneous public projects• Created a comprehensive analytics reporting tool for the VBC and presented to a board of finance officers, directors, analytics officers, and othergovernment officials within the VBC
