I've recently worked for organisations in Healthcare, transport, movement, media and others that included design, development and automatisation.

The last years I've been in many language, psychology and statistics courses (see education for details) and I started going to aikuislukio (Finnish high school) to improve my Finnish. Next to this I've started out helping the Startup Gointernational with structuring of their strategy/ vision and work practice. To get a better understanding of current programming methodes I've been getting to know Unity 3D through their tutorials using C# as a scripting language. Now I'm ready to add a job to the mix although I will try to keep going to lukio in an effort to get my Finnish up to a professional level. I'm open to many types of jobs, such as Scrum Master/Product owner, Project product or Team Manager or Team member, as long as I get to work with people that are inspired to accomplish more than is expected of them.

Scrum master for a team that develops and supports cloud (Google, Salesforce) and mobile (iOS, Android) solutions for cabin and flight crew closing the customer communications loop (Social Media and Saleforce). As Scrum Master in a big company with multiple stakeholders, business units and a large IT department I was the interface between an organization that was not very familiar with Scrum and the development team. My main goal was to enable the team to work according to Scrum while interfacing with the existing organization to maximize return. Besides this I have raised Scrum awareness within the organization so adjustments could be made to further enable the Scrum methodology within KLM.

Main focus on Inflight and Flight Operations at the Information Management Office Operations.Key role between business and IT.Focus on iPad, apps and Google Apps for crew.As a Business analyst for the Inflight and Flight Operations departments I was part of the team that enabled both cloud (Google Apps) and mobile solutions (iPad) for these departments, introducing the iPad in the cabin and cockpit. Besides this had a big role in setting up the Scrum team and Mobile 4 Crew department.
