I work on the Cloud Gateway team building and running the proxies for incoming traffic to the cloud. When you press play, we're like the very busy switchboard operators getting your request to the right place.

After getting more into distributed systems and networking, I switched to the Cloud Networking team in 2021, where I worked on the next generation of GFE (the reverse proxy that handles incoming traffic to Google) and the new Envoy-based Google Cloud Load Balancer.I was on the Hotels Insights team from 2018-2021, where we built polished hotel search features used by millions of users when booking millions of hotel stays. Also taught LEGO Robotics at a local middle school, which was so fun.

We built tools, interfaces, and experiences for building, customizing, and talking to chat bots.
