- Led the construction efforts for Houston properties affected by Hurricane Harvey. This consisted of rebuilding 93 first floor units, 26 second floor units, 107 inline garages, 84 detached garages, remodeling the 8,000 SF clubhouse and two apartment models while the property remained active. This rehab was delivered on time, even with constraints regarding the labor force and materials available in Houston. -Provide daily oversight and implementation of all pre-development and pre-construction activities; governmental approval and permitting processes; the development of project budgets and timelines; the selection and management of project consultants- Responsible for assisting the development practice in site selection, underwriting, due diligence, product design, financing, quality control, asset management, and dispositions. - Coordination with project accountants and construction management establishing and monitoring cost control procedures. This entails providing monthly budget status reports.
