2012-2020 – head of the software development division (Team Lead)- Designed and implemented core features of a custom made loyalty-card processing system which was integrated in dozens of major Russian companies.- Implemented CI/CD pipeline and AGILE workflow.- Distributed tasks among developers; communicated with customers, controlled task progress and code quality, tutored new hires- Oversaw a 4 year SAP platform migration project.- Technology stack included Docker, NET, С#, C++, Java, JavaScript, HBase, Oracle RAC, SAP Hana.2020 – 2022 – acting director of processing technologies division- Managed a team of 20 developers, system administrators, testers, and business analysts which developed high-load corporate subsystems.- Oversaw the product's development strategy, personell policy, and the budget for the division. Managed technical support division for “Taulink” POS terminals in Russia and Ukraine.In September 2009 I oversaw two projects: to re-engineer corporate audio conference portal and upgrade company’s live journal platform (PHP).

Lead programmer for “Statviz” project – an interactive corporate display system that uses 3d graphics to visualize statistic data. Most famous implementations – weather forecast visualization for TV and live statistics in the Central Elections Committee during the Russian Parliament ‘2007 elections.Technology stack: С++, С#, Delphi.

Designed and developed complex economic systems using Delphi and С++. Took part in several Russian and international economic conferences. Took part in development of the «Dekanat» office automation system (Sybase, MySQL, Access, Delphi).
