Currently employed with Group CDCS Ltda., an American Security Management & Consultancy company as a Security, Health and Safety Development & Country Manager. Group CDCS is based in Chile and manages large client facilities and a high number of security personnel deployed throughout Latin America and the Far East on Peace Keeping missions. My current role involves a wide array of managerial functions in 4 different countries in Latin America as well as UAE and further a field. These key elements are, Health and Safety business development, team training & development, facilities management, corporate networking and PR. I am also involved in finance, bid managing and strategy planning at board level. Also, many times as client liaison, acting in many situations as a facilitator between the client and local government and legal offices.
