My name is Alexander Foo, a software engineer with a passion for creation. For many years, I've been interested in how video games were made. How did people get the Mario on the television screen to jump and run, or how the Kirby there is able eat and copy the abilities of his enemies? Now, I am a developer who never lost that curiosity, translating that to creative problem-solving, and coding skills in JavaScript, React/ Redux, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and SQL. It's still a game of asking questions and searching for answers, but instead of wondering how a character on a screen can do the things it does, it's now about being able to solve problems with applications.
