Founded a tutoring agency for students in the local area with a friend from University. We handpicked 18 tutors from various universities across the country, all specialising in different fields to assure a broad coverage of client requirements. Created a website from scratch in order to provide clients with easy access to the tutor best suited to their needs and use excel to monitor the company finances.

Created an investment bank compensation survey from the top eight bulge bracket banks. I collected the data and used a model to analyse and compare compensation at these different banks.Founded a strong network with leading firms & professionals by identifying and putting forward best suited candidates for specific roles. In doing this, I analysed applicants’ individual skill sets and helped to provide them with the correct framework to achieve their career goals.
