Compliance Analyst
CurrentPolicy & Procedure Enforcement: Collaborate with leadership and M&I specialists to monitor and enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and standards for facility programs and services.Compliance Reviews & Inspections: Conduct operational reviews, surveys, inspections, and use technology-based systems to assess compliance with TJJD policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports of findings, analyze data, and report findings to TJJD and facility management.Corrective Action Plans: Develop, review, and track corrective action plans as necessary, ensuring timely completion of all follow-up actions.Special Projects & Assignments: Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.Address Disparities: Report any presence or perception of racial, ethnic, and gender disparities.Safety Compliance: Perform all duties in compliance with agency safety policies and procedures.Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned, based on organizational needs.
