Implemented GOTV strategy and led the onboarding for over 35 paid staff. Managed the delegation of tasks, training of team members, and lead training for all roles, including canvassing, visibility, phone banking, and office jobs.

Won a 5-way open primary with 48.8% of the vote in NYS AD 65. Designed GOTV operations, trained and managed a team of organizers, and ensured field goals were met. Collaborated with the candidate, local officials, political organizations, clubs, and unions to orchestrate multiple simultaneous daily field events. Organized and hosted two GOTV rallies with various selected NYC elected officials and public figures. Facilitated mass email sends to over 4,000 supporters using The Action Network.
