Provide welcoming, strength-based, holistic case management services to LGBTQ+ clients. The majority of the clients we serve have been marginalized and stigmatized and may have co-occurring disorders and trauma. Case Managers conduct thorough assessments of client needs and then help link clients to appropriate local community resources to address those needs and strengthen the client’s ability to function. Case Manager will be based in San Mateo County.
