As a founding leader of the first LGBTQ+ community center in San Mateo County, I provide welcoming, strength-based holistic case management & social support services to the most vulnerable and marginalized LGBTQ+ individuals in our community. I also oversee clinical data operations, data collection, analysis, & reporting. As a gay cisgender man, I am deeply passionate about promoting the physical, social, mental, and emotional wellbeing of the LGBTQ+ community and have always had a profound interest in supporting efforts that center the intersections of marginalized identities. I approach all that I do through a holistic strengths-based, client-centered lens of cultural humility, social justice, anti-oppression, and equity.
