In 2011, Alexander Golya joined CAMERA WORK AG as Assistant to the Executive Board.Two years later, Alexander accepted a position as Head of Communications with CAMERA WORK Gallery. Focussing on classic PR/Marketing and Digital Marketing/PR, Alexander worked with more than 1,000 international media – specialized art media –, created a major network, and developed a PR strategy which led to a strong media coverage in global media. Consequently, CAMERA WORK Gallery cemented its dominance on the global art market, becoming one of the world's leading photographic art galleries.In 2021, Alexander Golya accepted a position as Head of Operations and Sales with CAMERA WORK Gallery. Joining a professional and experienced team, Alexander leads all sales processes (Gallery/Art Fairs/Digital) while also developing new and innovative sales and marketing strategies in a changing global art market. While CAMERA WORK Gallery is representing more than 30 leading classic and contemporary artists, Alexander has a major network of international private, corporate, and public art collections. Around the world, he has access to major collections in all relevant art markets (North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
