in Shipowner Company (2-3 vessels DWT abt 12000 mt):- issuing of voyage instruction, nominating port agents (including checking and negotiation of port disbursements), nominating surveyors,- collecting freight including laytime calculation of demurrage and dispatch,- payments arrangements (PDA, bunker, surveyors services etc.)- discussing stowage plan with Master, DPA to maximize cargo intake and bunker replenishment,- checking/coordinating with Master, DPA best/safe routing of the vessel,- coordinating with chartering department and communicating with Charterers, Brokers, Master and Agents to minimize associated operational costs, - coordinating with crew department for arranging smooth crew change with minimum cost,- checking and instructing newly employed Captains, - coordinating with Superintendents and technical department for spare part delivery, vessel’s maintenance and repairing.

simultaneously up to 5 time-chartered bulk cargo vessels of handy, supramax, panamax size- issuing voyage instruction, nominating port agents (including checking and negotiation of port disbursements), nominating surveyors and routing company,- collecting freight including laytime calculation of demurrage and dispatch,- payments arrangements (SOA, PDA, surveyors services etc.)- discussing stowage plan to maximize cargo intake and bunker replenishment,- coordinating with chartering department and communicating with Charterers, Brokers, Master, Owners and Agents to minimize associated operational costs, - monitoring vessels' daily performance and instructing the vessel to proceed with most optimal speed (bss hire and fuel costs) and slow-steam calculation,- preparing operation budgeting to fill in and update the cash flow.

Supramax department / Dry bulk in size from Handies to Ultramax sizes covering Baltic and Continent region- developing the cargo booking, spot and COA, freight backing, - manage the relationships with Shipowners, Charterers, brokers to ensure to see all on and off market opportunities– voyage calculations, C/Ps trading/negotiating for cargo and vessel and C/Ps conclusions,- work closely with the operations department to ensure a smooth operation of all voyages / TCT’s

- preparation of cargo stowage/cargo plans (gens/steels/projects and bulk)- attending of cargo operations on board handysize/supramax/panamax ships on behalf of/as representative of Western Bulk Carriers, MUR, CanForNav, Cosmotrans (mainly steels/gens/project ex Ukraine/Russia/Bulgaria/Turkey/Med to US Gulf/Mexico/WCSA, Canada/St.Law, Persian Gulf and India),- liaison/cooperation with ship’s administration, ships agents, forwarder agents, terminals, stevedores/foremen, discharge ports’ Port Captains- various ship/cargo surveys

- on/off-hire bunker and condition survey, draft surveys, cargo pre-loading surveys
