Century RTS, LLC was established in 2015, we are a title research company with a primary focus on the Seismic Imaging Industry. I spent several years in the early 2010's working in the industry and found that there was a severe lack of quality agents working in this specific area of the Land Industry due highly to the sporadic nature of the work, short term projects and frequent travel. So I decided to venture out and put together a team of well trained individuals tooled with the skills to be highly efficient in a tumultuous industry that is changing and advancing rapidly. Our primary focus is providing consistent, accurate and timely title research while minimizing expenses and travel cost. As the industry rapidly moves toward digital availability, we combine online and in market resources to complete our research more efficiently than the competition. All of our agents have been trained in-house and all work is thoroughly reviewed prior to being submitted to the client, ensuring a consistent product. Our goal is to take the burden of piecing agents together from all across the country and sorting through inconsistent mineral reports with poor formats off of the client.  Responsible for managing and analyzing company database to ensure that all lease information was up to date and proper resources were allocated to each job.  Negotiated lease agreements with numerous variables taking careful precaution to maximize company benefits while ensuring landowners were justly compensated. Had final authority over the deal and was given the autonomy needed to finalize agreements in a timely manner.  Experienced in contract analyzing, proofing, and drafting; responsible for proofing final lease agreements as well as drafting of all minor agreements between parties. (Affidavits of heir-ship, lease amendments, etc.)  Team Lead: Trained new employees on company procedure and protocols; in charge of tasking and inspecting work by said employees, which had a direct effect on their role in the company. Organized and implemented projects and activities for the team.  Interpreted and enforced lease rights and obligations and ensured compliance therewith.  Researched mineral title back to patent and executed runsheets, flow charts and mineral ownership reports.
