In this position, I participate in a wide variety of responsibilities. I perform the physical mold remediation itself, but my main responsibilities are focused on business development. I perform inspections of homes with mold or the potential of mold to determine the cause, how to fix, and different options for remediation and quote out the work. I also work closely with a handful of realtors and various contractors to develop long term relationships to bring in long term leads. I regularly attend different realtor events and trade shows to present the company and what we offer.

My Job consisted mainly of door to door cold contacting where I set appointments to return and present solar as an alternative option for electricity. When I close the sale, I run a credit check with the customer, and given they have good credit, I have them sign loan documents. With Vivint being an alarm company, I have, on occasion, gone through the same process of doing a credit check and paperwork with an alarm as the product as well.

I worked for my uncle every summer growing up. I did a variety of different activities including lawn mowing, weed pulling, garbage clean up, pipe trenching, machine operating, planting, watering, mulch laying, sprinkler laying and fixing, minor sprinkler electrical work, lumber and plant order pick up, and much more.

My job consisted solely of door to door cold contacting where I would sell a year contract for a pest control service. At the close of the sale, I would guide the customer through signing their contract as well as collect their method of payment.
