Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsible for the support, development and refactoring of a large legacy project, as well as several small projects. I work on product and technical tasks.Achievements:1. Integrated IP-telephony (Voximplant) and developed call widget and provider-side scripts.2. Added the functionality of using a 2D barcode scanner in one of the applications.3. Identified and eliminated a critical vulnerability in the authentication system that required approval within a year.4. Found serious architectural problems in the interaction between the frontend and backend, leading to poor performance. Revised and optimized the logic by developing a refactoring plan. After much explanation and budget allocation, the project was rewritten. Thus we drastically decreased client-server traffic and improve frontend performance.5. Set up Matomo analytics, Sentry logging and Cypress testing framework.6. Launched several small new applications.7. Convinced managers of the need to introduce additional test benches for regression testing.8. Convinced managers of the need to create their own UI-KIT and storybook, successfully implemented and saved time.Since 2021, I have been the technical leader of the frontend team. The project is a group mearly VR mobile game quest in 360 style, with voice communication between players.I am responsible for architecture and development, selection of technologies, writing the main functionality and the core, communication with the Game Master on the scenario and implementation.The main engine for working with the 3D scene is Babylon.js wrapped in React (strict TypeScript). State storage and actions on Rxjs.Nest.js backend with Mongo for shared state storage and WebSocket intermediary. Data exchange is mainly via Socket.io.Voice chat based on a third-party CometChat service.

I created the front end of the application, which simplifies the process of receiving cars from customers and checking the condition of vehicles.I was refining the existing CRM system with new features like full-stack developer. Before running the application on real users, I discovered and fixed a critical performance issue in the application's architecture. This problem would lead to a complete inoperability of the system for two weeks when the user base grows from 100 test users to a planned 2000 real users. This would have resulted in catastrophic financial and reputational losses on launch day.
