I constantly work towards the goal of achieving 3% cost reductions year over year from my suppliers, however, I ensure that cost reduction measures do not affect quality and reliability. Knowing that even the little things can affect a company and help me is what motivates me. All processes are important and need to be taken seriously in a business.
