Serve customers with drinks, change kegs if necessary and restock fridges with new stock, support other staff if necessary

Working on the match day hospitality team. Serving refreshments and food to customers. Ensuring working environment is kept clean during at the end of each shift. Providing cover to team leader when absent. Managing the team and ensuring the smooth running of service throughout the shift.

Working on main reception. Checking in customers. Deal with telephone enquiries and online booking problems. Restocking front desk with socks and wrist bands for customers. I left this role to concentrate on my A Level study.

Football for referee for children’s matches within Nottinghamshire. Working independently to manage match situation. Unfortunately, this work was disrupted by the covid 19 pandemic.
