Provide leadership to the District of Tradition Residential Life Neighborhood, Meredith, Wiley, and Windsor Halls through a commitment to student development, academic success, supervision, teamwork and communication.Supervise full time professional staff members. Provide direction and expertise to the neighborhood while working to maintain and enhance the intercultural, educational, and social experiences of residential students.

•Assist with the coordination of daily operations of Harrison & Shreve halls including developing a plan for intentional community development & addressing facility concerns for approximately 1,700 students •Supervise, evaluate, & assist with the on-going training of 32 resident assistants, 2 residence education assistants, & a graduate assistant •Utilize StarRez software to enhance the resident experience, provide support to student staff, and resident occupancy•Train student staff on using various software including StarRez, ErezLife, and Slack•Utilize eRezLife software to track student staff-resident interactions & programming efforts to support departmental & university Steps to Leaps co-curricular initiative •Collaborate with neighborhood residential life, facilities, residential learning, & residential housing operations staff to provide quality residential experience and customer service•Follow-up with students of concern to provide support focused on student development & well-being concerning behavioral management, mental health, and Title IX concerns •Serve in on-call emergency response rotation for approximately 2,100 students •Manage annual area budget of $66,000•Implement residential curriculum through scaffolded learning utilizing passive programmatic efforts, weekly events, & large-scale hall events on student success, well-being, decision making, & diversity, equity, and inclusion topics•Collaborate with faculty & staff volunteers to facilitate departmental Faculty Fellow program to host educational & social programs for assigned residential communities •Collaborate with campus partners in academic and student support service units to facilitate 19 living learning communities including Summer Start program for conditional admit first-year students•Assist with the recruitment & selection of multiple professional & paraprofessional staff members through application review, recruitment presentations, interviews, and candidate selection

• Assisted with the coordination of daily operations of Harrison Hall including developing a plan for intentional community development and addressing facility concerns for approximately 800 students• Supervised, evaluated, and assisted with the on-going training of 16 resident assistants and 1 residence education assistant • Supervised multiples graduate ACUHO-I Intern and 7-8 resident assistants during Summer 2020 and Summer 2021• Served on the departmental The Placement Exchange (TPE) Search Committee for professional staff recruitment during 2019 and 2021 recruitment cycles • Collaborated with campus partners in academic and student support service units to facilitate 11 living learning communities including Summer Start program for conditional admit first-year students• Manage annual hall budget of $18,000• Served as advisor to Cavalier Club overseeing executive board of up to 8 students• Served as co-advisor to Residence Hall Association during 2018-2019 school year

• Served as an on-call resident assistant in a Greek Community House for 20 fraternity men • Maintained a safe environment through a rotating duty schedule, and trained in emergency and crisis response• Addressed community needs through regular intentional interactions and communication through bulletin boards and newsletters• Planned and implement activities, events, and passive education to meet the interests and needs of residents following the residential curriculum outline by residential life• Served as a liaison between the Fraternity Chapter and Residential Life and Housing• Advised a hall government
