I work to validate, optimize, and integrate the artificial intelligence / machine learning software that is core to Onespot's real time bidder on the Appnexus ad exchange.In addition to this I fit into the roles of java developer and data analyst / scientist.

My research here, which began during my PhD, has focused on the development of theoretical models and computational techniques that aid in understanding the dynamics of biological molecules. Specifically, I have focused on developing Markov Models that give a temporally coarsed grained picture of biomolecular motion, as well as simple polymer models (e.g. the Zimm with internal Friction model ) that give a spatially coarse grained picture of such motion. To tackle these challenges, I have employed a combination of analytic techniques (from the theories of differential equations and stochastic processes) and numerical solutions such as molecular dynamic simulations.

Chaired Board of Director’s meetings and managed a system of residential co-ops alongside a General Administrator.

Performed spectroscopy experiments (FT-Vis Interferometry) on small molecules.
