Serving as service advisor in fast-paced retail environment, overseeing front end of service department, appointments, and technicians. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating ten daily appointments, checking customers in, verifying and clarifying concerns, explaining charge types, relaying information to technicians, and negotiating with extended warranty providers to secure approvals. Responsibilities extend to include tending to walk-in and phone inquiries, answering incoming calls, arranging for alternate transportation for customers, scheduling transport of vehicles to off-lot repair facilities, communicating with said repair facilities, providing daily updates to a rolling list of 20-30 customers, managing warranty expenditures, working with sales department on status of internal vehicles, and ensuring that all repairs have been completed properly.

Served as instrument and marketing consultant for Memphis-based music store during the opening of Nashville-area branch. Assisted customers with assessing their present instrument situation, determining budget, needs, and wants, answering questions and educating on brand-specific features and information, and ultimately, selecting instruments and financing options that met those criteria. Collaborated with personnel at satellite stores in developing a congruent and unified brand image, including website design, promotional materials, and other essential goods. Managed social media posting for Nashville store and distribution of content for additional satellite stores.

Served as Sales Consultant, assisting customers with analyzing current vehicle situations, needs, wants, equity, and financing options, to make recommendations for new automotive options. Educated customers on important points to consider during a car purchase, and on the advantages of CarMax certified vehicles. Consistently approached all purchase situations with a customer and needs-focused approach to determining win-win options where wants, needs, and budget are simultaneously met. Guided customers through purchase process from appraisal and test drive, to selection and transport, through financing options, all the way to delivery. Served as Director of Music for 650-family parish, collaborating with clergy, choirdirector, and instrumentalists, charged with overseeing the selection of music and organ / piano accompaniment for three weekend masses, holy days, weddings, and funerals. Additional responsibilities included training and scheduling of cantors, involvement as member of the liturgical committee, accompanying for choir, and design of liturgical aides.

Self-employed in partnership with brother, Christopher, as a licensed real estate broker with local RE/MAX franchise. Achieved first year sales in excess of $2 million. Engaged in conferring with clients to determine their buying and selling needs, advised on best practices for marketing and negotiation, and worked diligently in cooperation with other real estate professionals to negotiate mutually-beneficial agreements between clients.

Performed sales / education / service work with churches throughout the midwest region as an instrument consultant with one of the midwest’s oldest keyboard instrument dealerships. Responsible for collaborating with pastors and committees toward the selection of acoustic pianos, digital pianos, and digital church organs that enhance and beautify worship.

Served as Organist for 150-family parish, with responsibility for organ accompaniment of Sunday morning Mass, weddings, and funerals. Additional responsibilities included rehearsing with volunteer choir for special ceremonies. Oversaw the design and installation of new Rodgers 500 Series organ and pipe façade in 2009.

Provided service to 150-family congregation as Director of Music. Duties involved collaboration with pastor, former music director, and pianist for music planning, and most recently serving as director of music, directing and accompanying choir and congregation weekly. Significant experience in contemporary music gained during length of position.

Served as audition accompanist for theatre productions of The Wizard of Oz (Spring 2009) and Oliver (Spring 2010), and as music / orchestra director for Cats (Spring 2012) and Little Mermaid (Spring 2013). Experience in working with children and youth, time management,and vocal / instrumental rehearsal technique gained during length of position.

Served as Assistant Music Director for theatre productions of Grease (Summer 2009), Aida(Fall 2009), and Rent (Summer 2010). Duties included accompanying for auditions and rehearsals, and serving as keyboardist in pit orchestra during shows. Experience in small group ensembles, and collaborating with skilled vocalists and instrumentalists gained.

Served as accompanist for theatre productions of State Fair (Spring 2009) and Little Shop of Horrors (Spring 2010) during freshman and sophomore years of college. Duties included accompanying auditions and rehearsals, and serving as keyboardist in pit orchestra during shows. Significant experience in accompanying and working with vocalists and instrumentalists of a variety of skill levels gained.

Provided service to 250-family parish as Organist / Choir Director. Duties included playingfor weekend mass, weddings, funerals, planning music selections, training and scheduling of cantors, and directing / rehearsing with volunteer choir for special ceremonies.
