I am currently an Engineering Manager at Ziff Davis, having worked in the CNET area of the business for my career. I have worked for CNET from when it was an independent company, through the acquisitions from CBS, Red Ventures and most recently Ziff Davis. I am currently responsible for managing our commerce team. As a manager I help plan work for the quarter, allocate tasks to engineers and step in to help projects move along when resourcing is stretched thin. Most of my recent work has been related to Vue3 and Java, but I have a lot of previous experience in PHP, Solr, MongoDB and MySQL.
