Responsible for supervision of installation and service departments consisting of 8-14 installers and technicians. Establish and maintain quality control for new and leased systems. Purchase and maintain inventory of system hardware & software components. Forecast and budget for departemental expenditures. Produce revenue spreadsheets and reports (MS Excel) for installation and service departments. Implement safety strategies and conduct safety meetings.Design and engineer larger systems such as fire alarm/life safety, security and CCTV surveillance. Work with city agencies and local authorities on submittals to city or FireDepartment AHJ for plancheck. Project manage and coordinate with other contracting trades, utility companies and project owners for turnkey completion ( General contractor, fire sprinkler, electrical etc.).
