In my role as the Head of Technology Strategy & Value Lifecycle Management at Vorwerk, I am tasked with shaping the future of our technological landscape. I oversee the strategic governance of our digital initiatives, ensuring they align with long-term goals while driving innovation and value. I evaluate global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and market dynamics to develop strategies that keep Vorwerk at the leading edge of software-enabled consumer goods.My responsibilities include fostering a culture of innovation and learning, managing technological risks, and building strategic partnerships to leverage external expertise.
