Our goal is to foster professional development, networking opportunities, and community engagement within our university community. During my leadership tenure, the organization has seen a resurgence in underclassman participation and a renewed focus on increasing regional presence beyond the limits of our campus.My responsibilities include organizing industry-relevant events, coordinating guest lectures and recruiting events, and representing our chapter in regional and national ASCE conferences. Our organization's main focus in the spring of 2024 was to produce a competitive team for the ASCE Steel Bridge Competition. In the fall of 2023, fundraising efforts commenced to support material acquisition and travel costs associated with the competition.
