The business transactions include deal negotiation, organizing corporations and LLCs, and all other services necessary to close the deal. Real estate services include lease negotiation and preparation, evictions, creating condo documents, title services, residential and commercial closings, issuing title insurance, clearing title through the Superior Court, documenting loan transactions for financial institutions and private lenders, enforcing loan documents after default (foreclosing and obtaining deficiency judgments). We also provide estate planning and dispute resolution services.

Conducted legal research and prepared memoranda regarding various criminal and civil matters, including a dispute over a multi-million dollar estate, the legality of home confinement, and charges of assault and obtaining money under false pretenses. Conducted legal research regarding the rules ofprobation calculation and the relationship between the Rhode Island and Federal Constitutions.
