Data Support Intern
- Stationed at various barns/fields and received manifest slips from truck drivers hauling hay bales; those slips were then entered into Haycloud, a hay export software- Refined data entry skills and ensured that the information entered was accurate with the corresponding slip, and entered upwards of 40 slips per day- Helped Creekside gather accurate inventory data regarding hay bale loads, which could then be exported and shown to clients- Additionally gained experience working in an office environment once harvest season was over, and worked on many various projects such as reviewing Haycloud data for a second round, filling out an excel spreadsheet with info for almost 300 fields, documenting research for a Biodiversity Management Plan, and entering over 100 manifest slips (each showing that their bale loads were delivered to the press) into Access, a database software- Refined communication skills by communicating daily with managers about project status and scheduling
