Project manager responsible for major commercial fit-outs, various military contracts and managing operational teams , to some of the UK’s most prestigious manufactures and service providers. Duties include:Managing M&E projects and commercial fit-outs with a value of £1m and above.- Onsite scope, evaluation and survey.- Quotation & tender design and construction.- Pre-construction and Construction phase H&S planning.- Labour and subcontractor onsite and off site management.- Management of Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, etc.- Material scheduling and purchase requisitions.- Quality management and quality control for the process and final product.- Cost variations and invoicing.

First management role, working alongside our in-house Contracts & Projects management team to develop and deliver a high standard of installation services, or refurbishment to production & industrial facilities, within specialist commercial areas and a variant of military sites.The largest project I worked on, at value of over £800k, was a complete refurbishment of a joiners shop within HMNB Portsmouth, for BAE systems. During the project I assisted in the running and development of all aspects of the project: - Civil works- Relocation works- Building works- M&E works and LEV works.Throughout the duration of the project, I accomplished and showed specific project based skills:- Leading a team of in house engineers.- Managing Multiple sub-contractors.- Organising monthly site audits and daily site meetings.- Managing materials and site traffic at a CDM site standard. The delivery of the project was of high quality and excellence, meeting the needs of both the MOD and BAE systems in all aspects. This was proven by gaining further client relations and a 2 year maintenance contract, for the machinery and services within multiple MOD joiners & machine shops.
