• Work as a Delegate Study Director to assist the team while other Study Directors are out of office.• Connect with manufacturers about purchasing new equipment and upgrading current equipment used for interventional/surgical research procedures.• Collaborate with Calibration Engineers to fix minor issues and work with Service Technicians to fix any major issues found with procedural equipment.• Work with Quality Engineers to fill out quality control documents to ensure that on site equipment and soon to be purchased equipment are within compliance for GLP procedures.• Train and consult with clients to learn, assemble, and troubleshoot devices and programs provided to reduce their travel costs and stress for the duration of their research.

Roles at a glance:• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment during surgical and in life procedures that include, but are not limited to, Powerlab, IVUS, OCT, Ensite Velocity, Bard Labsystem Pro and Siemens C-Arm.• Train coworkers on the set up, calibration, use, and measurements of different pieces of equipment.• Create measurements for study specific data using Powerlab, Angiograms, IVUS, OCT, Bard, and Ultrasound.• Consultation with clients and review protocols involving specialized equipment.• Use relevant information to offer alternative solutions based on cost, needs, and available equipment.• With Powerlab, use knowledge of the software and arithmetic to generate extra data in real time and post procedure to benefit clients and their needs.• Create Word Documents and Excels for training material, operation instructions, and tools to assist others with troubleshooting and create standard procedures for others to follow.
