Manage daily/monthly maintenance as per EHS & plant requirements & ensure all maintenance objectives are completed on time and within budget. Preparation and realization of Capex projects. Create critical spare parts list, prepare maintenance data reports. Supervise, train, communicate with and develop the engineers, fitters and electricians in operational performance and skills required to improve the reliability of the plant equipment. Develop equipment standards to improve reliability, inventory control of critical equipment. Select and engage contractors for various plant purposes. Control plant energy sources, energy audits and energy saving projects.
