At the II course (2005), I started my career. Since that time I have gained a solid managerial experience in the segment of international logistics and related industries, having risen from the scientific and industrial activity, as Assistant Software Developer at the Research Institute named after Academician N.A.Pilyugina., then, in the period 2006-2010, I was engaged in maintenance of BOEING 757-200 type aircraft. Starting from May 2010, I was transferred to the Department of contracts and claims. Since 2012 I took part in the launch of a new project for international freight forwarder in Moscow, where I worked at the present time (2019).I’m extremely interested in the opportunity to join a leading big international company, where I could make a personal contribution and invest professional skills and experience of mine in a logistics segment and related processes.My competencies and responsibilities for the last 7 years of active work in a management position in a key industry from 14 years of general experience included:- building and managing an international freight forwarding organization in Russia;- sales management ; dealing with clients around the world;- procurement management; dealing with partners around the world;- management;- staff recruitment and training; implementation of IT solutions;- design and launch of new projects; additional offices;- reports and proposals for development strategies and problems solving;- implementation of the PDCA principle at all levels of production processes;- KPI implementation for purposes of transport logistics (8 indicators);Working for one of world's biggest company gives a great opportunity to achieve a higher discipline of skill in my favorite industry.Productivity and benefits for the company have become for me the most important points and I will make every effort to achieve the best result for you!
