Current- Operating as the project lead on all production aspects of the new ERP system. Developed, adjusted, and completed new system and process implantation in all areas of manufacturing while pushing new and stalled product.
- Overseeing the expansion of main product lines as well as the introduction and setup of 3 additional product lines, creating more opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals.
- Provide financial and costing analysis for all parts of current and upcoming product lines, demonstrating problem costing points and potential solutions. Provide recommendations for next steps, including when a project.
- Created new process setup for the manufacturing, shipping, and procurement procedures area after new ERP system implementation, as well as documentation of all new procedures in accordance with ISO standards.
- Sourced new suppliers for stalled product lines, allowing negotiations to complete and new product lines to begin.
- Took over management and coordination of the shipping department, implanting process and procedures to correct and check for inventory discrepancies, catch up on hundreds of back orders, surpassing planned budget each.
