- Technical supervision representative for the client responsible for monitoring of construction activities and acceptance of completed facilities from contractors;- Technical supervision and monitoring for compliance in terms of work scopes, schedules and quality of the works and materials/assemblies used during construction, compliance to approved design documentation, construction regulations and norms, standards, job requirements, occupational and fire safety;- Participation in making design changes resulting from revised scheduling and design decisions to reduce construction costs and improve overall economical indexes during construction and upgrade activities;- Providing assistance in approval process for substitution of project materials, assemblies and structures (without negative impact to quality of constructed facilities);- Making analysis of main causes for disrupted work schedules and poor quality of construction activities to implement corrective action to prevent recurrence;- Participation in acceptance inspections of completed works and facilities;- Participation in acceptance committees for final acceptance of facilities and their handover to operations;- Monitoring of prompt removal of non-conformances and follow up on unfinished works;- Coordination of activities of contractors at the construction site;- Identification of potential contractors for the project;- Analysis of completed works by each contractor and issuing of recommendations to improve quality and optimize work schedules;- Monitoring of performance of EPC contractor (Linde AG), identification of problem areas and resolving the problems;- Participation in preparation of project schedules;- Coordination with client’s departments and contractors on all subjects related to realization of the project;- Coordination of any interface issues with other projects on the same construction site.
