Vast experience in leading and managing R&D-heavy aerospace projects involving space mission design, concept assessment, systems engineering and multidisciplinary analysis and optimisation. Having worked for 10+ years aerospace engineering, I took part in most private space projects in Russia, and co-founded a European electric propulsion startup. My key strength is being able to kick-off research projects with vague high-level stakeholder requirements, formulating product vision of the stakeholders and conveying it to research teams, and leading analysis and research projects through 0/A/B phases.I am also a skilled Python / Matlab developer.
