As the general manager, I oversee all day to day operations and strategic planning. My role is to manage the business and grow it from the ground up. We conduct pharmaceutical testing for a wide range of products in their pursuit of FDA GMP compliance.

Re-developed QMS and brought laboratory in to new compliance era. Coordinated the new QMS for three laboratories: American Testing Lab, Labofine Montreal and Tentamus Labs of America.

I am a well qualified scientist that has experience in a host of instrumentation and laboratory compliance. My skills are rooted in Quality Assurance analysis and building laboratories from the ground up.

As the laboratory manager of a small extraction and therapeutic company, I assumed control over a new laboratory facing stringent regulations. On a daily basis I used and maintained equipment and continually upgraded the laboratory with quality assurance features and its quality manual.

I was one of the first hires for a startup environmental analytical testing company. We performed GC and HPLC analysis for clients and helped them make decisions on how to proceed with product development and compliance. I created an accredited quality manual for an Oregon TNI accreditation body called ORELAP. I developed the QA and QC procedures as well as general purpose laboratory procedures. I also carried out all the maintenance and repairs on HPLC and GC machines. My goal was to bridge the gap between science and business to help my clients achieve the most optimal results and greatest customer experience.

At OHSU I was a research assistant at the premier HIV vaccine program. We constantly pushed flow cytometry techniques and technology to the limit and created complex staining panels of up to 20 colors. The lab trusted me to be in charge of tracking inventory and supplies that were in some cases valued more than six figures. In the lab I performed BSL3 primate necropsies, tissue processing, antibody tissue staining, some IHC, PBMC Isolation, CEMX tissue co-culturing techniques, flow cytometry operation, instrument maintenance and analysis for PI's.

At Advanced Color Systems my duties were to formulate colors for corrugate ink. I assisted the head chemist in development and crafted color panels for customers. Part of the daily work was perfoming QC on final ink batches and suggest how to correct failed batches. The work required a very high attention to detail and an understanding of ink chemistry, spectrophotometry, and ability to work within an industrial setting.

As a CNA I was trained as medical professional assisting mostly elderly patients with daily care.
