About Alex Kissel

Head of Customer Success at Everyday Speech I lead an incredible team of CSMs that partner with school districts across the country to provide them with the best Social Communication and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum, tools, support and resources. With a decade of experience in the education space, a certification in School Psychology, and a lifelong passion for team-driven collaboration & success, I am passionate about empowering teachers and students to thrive in the classroom and beyond.In my current role, I leverage my skills in remote team leadership, scaling & training teams, long-range planning, customer success, upsell and renewals to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and retention for our customers. I also collaborate with product, marketing, and clinical teams to provide feedback and insights from the field and drive continuous improvement and innovation. Previously, I managed large-scale programs and educational services for international students and high schools in the public and non-profit sectors, working with amazing humans across the planet and our nation's Department of State.
