He has achieved victories in a variety of such cases -- including securing the exoneration of a client charged in the largest Social Security fraud case in New York City history; obtaining reversal of a civil jury verdict in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and in New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division, obtaining reversal of a determination concerning the contours of New York’s corporate veil.
