As a Senior Engineer at Entrust, I focused on DevOps tasks within the IFI Cloud Services Operations team, deploying and operationalizing new IFI services while ensuring day-to-day stability in a hybrid cloud environment spanning Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure. Supported Windows Server and Linux administration, particularly CentOS, I contributed to system enhancements and automation to improve performance and reliability. Additionally, I provided escalation assistance, performed incident analysis and problem resolution, and contributed to 24x7 on-call support and off-hours maintenance.
