In my role as Project Manager and Service Owner within Managed Services I am responsible for both project and service management. This means that I lead and drive change projects both internally and externally. This responsibility includes scoping, budgeting, planning, communication and resource allocation of work in the various projects, with reporting to steering groups.

2008-2009 - Netcom, Norway - responsible for the EPC design delivery of the worlds first commercial 4G network. 2009-2010 - Telia, Denmark - migration of a Ericsson 3G Core Network to Huawei based. 2010 - Tele2, Sweden - migration to IP based signalling network (STP).2010-2011 - Telenor, Sweden - responsible for the 4G EPC delivery.

My primary role as Sales Engineer was to consult customers in the area of IP solutions. Included in my role was being the main technical contact for many of the companies vendors, amongst others were Juniper Networks, F5 Networks, Extreme Networks and Secure Computing.

Captured a possibility to be responsible for service deliverables within support, integration and network design. Designed and integrated customer adapted solutions for mobile telephony over IP for operators such as Vodafone, Telefoncia, and PetroCom among others. Have long experience in having dialogs with customers from different countries and cultures. Below are some examples of projects I have been involved with:2003 – Batelco, Bahrain, Integrated the first solution of Ericsson Mobile Packet Backbone Network (MPBN), ahead of schedule for the launch of GPRS in the country.2004-2007 – Älvsjö, Sweden, Participate in MPBN Expert Review Board where other design centers solutions are checked before they are approvedfor integration.2007 – Ikatel/CelTel, Uganda/Kenya/Tanzania, Designed and integrated IP inter-roaming between different operators in three countries.

Worked with testing, integration and verification of datacom products and solutions such as routers, switches and firewalls from various vendors among others Juniper, Ericsson, Extreme and Cisco. Also worked with IP telephony solutions based on SIP/H.323 such as IP Multimedia System (IMS) and Lawful Intercept (LI).

Responsible for developing and integrating various IP/ATM based network solutions for end customers such as Telia, Europolitan, Telefonica among others.

Responsible for administration of a DecNET network. I later migrated this production network over to IP, based on WindowsNT servers handling approximately 150 users.
