I am a Manufacturing Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), leading the metal production processing team for the TA-55 Pit Production mission. I have over five years of experience in leadership, management, and metallurgy operations in LANL and industry.I use my skills in change management, value stream mapping, and training to optimize the metal production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and develop the capabilities of my team. I also ensure the quality and safety of the materials and products for nuclear weapons, following the technical, design, and customer standards and expectations. As a result, we have achieved our FY deliverables and exceeded our quality benchmarks for Pit Production. I am motivated by the challenge and importance of this mission, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in my work.
