- Visa and travel support for foreign representatives (about 65 people): applications for invitations, visa applications, registrations; interaction with IBC Corporate Travel.- Managing of contracted visa-registrars within the area (6 people).- Orientation, safety and legal instructions for foreign representatives concerning their stay in Russia.- Primary support and conseling for foreign representatives in their interactions with local police or migration officers.- Document control of personal data files (hard copies and digital copies).- Acting as office manager.- Additionally has taken a role of focal point and project support of the contract with GettTaxi company.

- Development and implementation of Transport and Driving Safety standard for SLB House of Brands companies in Russia.- Review of safety status of Chevrolet Niva and developing the way forward to discontinue its use in the company.- Review and approval of hazard analysis and risk control measures applied in various transport activities in the company.- Conducting, review and approval of local driving hazard and risk assessments.- Review and updating obsolete local journey management plans.- Conducting Driving Safety and Journey Management audits at SLB and House of Brands locations.- Managing local provider of in-vehicle monitoring system services in terms of contract (quality issues and feedback).- Field visits (convoy trips audit, instructions for drivers, getting feedback on driver training quality). - Support for tachograph and fuel control projects.- Road traffic incidents investigations (input, data gathering, analysis, action plans).

• Advocating the In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) implementation program for Company and contractor vehicle fleets. • Providing input to KPI for monitoring and reporting road safety performance to demonstrate compliance with Company standards and RF Traffic Law.• Assistance input to the analysis, investigation and reporting the road safety incidents in accordance with Company and RF requirements.• Responsible for IVMS Data Management and for implementing of IVMS Management System.• Training and coaching in the techniques of how to generate, operate and log IVMS data for customers using MiX Telematics Fleet Manager Professional software and FM-web.• Interaction with IVMS Provider in terms of contract between company and IVMS provider.• Managing contractor auto-electricians assigned for IVMS services.• Monthly reporting to CEO on driver performance within Road Safety Steering Committee.• Reporting requested data on road traffic incidents including data analysis.• Ensure processing of installations of IVMS only for technically audited and approved vehicles according to company standards. • Cooperation with Road Safety Monitoring Team, Fuel Controls Manager, and Land Logistics Manager in terms of incident investigation, management of driver performance and road safety issues.• Cooperation with contract holders on implementing regular driver feedback sessions and materials control over operating IVMS units fitted in contracted vehicles.• Development and upholding service level agreement with customers within company concerning IVMS services.

• Assistance to IVMS Team Leader.• Assistance in ensuring that all vehicles equipped with IVMS are downloaded as a minimum on a weekly basis, analyzed and feedback to management.• Assistance in monitoring of downloaded data and report any suspected malfunction, damage, tampering or any other action that render the IVMS unit non operational and/or its data invalid.• Assistance in training and coaching of team members in the techniques of how to download, operate and log IVMS data for customers.• Managing contractor auto-electricians assigned for IVMS services on behalf of IVMS Team Leader. • Timely responding, processing, and fulfilling the requests for IVMS installation/removal/maintenance depending on logistics issues.• Weekly and Monthly RAG and other reports distribution to relevant recipients.• Check critical e-mail notifications from IVMS provider and report to management.• Provision of IVMS training to identified personnel responsible for drivers and giving feedback and coaching to drivers.

- Administration of all paperwork provided by ROSTO driving school in terms of Sakhalin Energy IC Ltd. - ROSTO contract;- Custodianship of schedule and plans for ROSTO Defensive Driving Courses and other trainings for drivers on the Sakhalin 2 project;- Coordination of ROSTO activities in terms of Sakhalin Energy IC Ltd. - ROSTO contract;- Compiling, processing and analysis of hard copies and electronic database;- Assisting to In-Vehicle Monitoring System Project team in terms of custodianship of drivers database in VDO Fleet Manager Professional software.
