Assembles electrical controls and damper assembly for HVAC systems and conducts unit completion and start-up for completed units.

1. System walkdowns on various packages and systems.2. SAT(Site Acceptance Test) for packages such as PSA/TSA (Linde), Chiller, and compressors (Dresser-Rand and Kobelco). System power up, I/O check and modbus checking.3. Generate reports for loop check and function test status including punchlist generation4. Loop check and function test of field instruments such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level transmitters from the field to DCS.5. Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of Syngas and Butanol plants.8. Troubleshoot control system problems from field to DCS. 9. Respond effectively to emergency fault conditions anywhere in assigned area, without assistance and perform emergency field repairs.10. Provide work direction and technical assistance to team members.11. Maintain maintenance logs and prepare work reports.12. Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures based on vendor technical information and manufacturer's specifications.13. Interpret technical documentation - data sheets, vendor manuals, troubleshooting flowcharts etc. Interpret technical drawings -from simple schematics to complex PID's, ILD's and PLC ladder logic diagrams.14. Perform detailed functional tests on systems integrated from different vendors from field to DCS.
