As a Technical Support Specialist, I am responsible for managing Non-Conformances (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), serving as the primary lead to ensure their timely resolution and implementation of resulting actions. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing B2B NC reports and complaint reports.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and close NCs and CAPAs within defined deadlines, ensuring compliance and thorough follow-up. • Act as a point of contact for audit support, including accompanying audits and addressing audit findings or CAPAs. • Process audit findings and recommendations using the TrackWise system, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation of corrective actions. • Prepare and compile B2B NC reports and complaint reports for external stakeholders. • Conduct training sessions for employees in production when needs arise, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement.
