Creation and implementation of BD strategy and tactics.• Evaluated hundreds of orphan disease products, across scientific, business and competitive fundamentals. In this position I was active with: Led the equity market strategy, and the complete re-vamp of the ownership structure and financing by attracting high quality Nordic institutional owners – key member of 3-5 person management team.• Instrumental in the successful preparation and approval of Cortendo’s application for listing by Oslo Bors, Norway. • Key management team-member that attracted ownership from top specialist HC funds, in preparation of NASDAQ listing. Stock price approximately tripled and company raised >$50 million during tenure as CFO.
