- Utilize retail inventory systems and make decisions regarding future sales/product placement across 4 retail locations. Notice trends in sales and focus on adjusting inventory & related purchasing decisions.- Co-lead operations of ~25-person sales team and floor representatives with product knowledge, teamwork, and communication across departments on high-volume days (2500+ daily pass sales)- Created new organizational processes for floor operations, retail strategy, and seasonal priorities. - Supported the transition between growth/shrinking of staff and rapidly-changing team environment across seasons.

-Write and publish quality articles weekly, schedule and conduct interviews, source contacts, meetdeadlines, and work with other staff on projects/stories/coverage.-Completed a business series of articles on startups related to NC State, meeting with more than 13founders and alum to explore the entrepreneurial hotshots in Raleigh.-Participate regularly in meetings, trainings, and editing with other staff. Coordinate with team when providing event coverage or on overlapping projects.
