Now trying to master Higher Education Learning and Teaching, assessment design and intend to pursue doctoral research.Extensive prior experience as an operational leader with a sound understanding of all aspects of the service development, delivery and continuous improvement lifecycle. Have managed geographically-dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams for the past 7 years to achieve a range of successes. Also recently completed Prosci accredited change management practitioner training.Achieved an MSc in Career Guidance and Development from University of the West of Scotland in 2012, before then undertaking further training in facilitation and learning design. Recently completed the ILM Level 7 qualification in executive coaching and mentoring to consolidate my skills and passion for enabling professionals/leaders to work at their optimum. Recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Academic Practice and now intend to build on this via completion of a Masters Degree in Professional Practice (M Prof).
