My responsibilities included overseeing an annual budget exceeding $9 million, driving the development of innovative SaaS platforms and mobile applications, and ensuring the seamless delivery of hundreds of client websites monthly.I was a member of the executive leadership team and I spearheaded numerous large-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to propel business growth and client success. My strategic planning and implementation of AI and automation solutions significantly enhanced operational efficiency and service delivery. By pioneering these initiatives, I ensured Localsearch remained at the forefront of digital innovation, providing high-quality solutions that aligned with business outcomes and technical feasibility.

In my role as COO of REOL, I oversaw operations across three offices, steering the company to make BRW's Top 100 "Fast Starters" list consecutively for two years. My focus on operational efficiency, team leadership, and technological integration was pivotal in scaling our business operations and enhancing our market presence in the competitive real estate landscape.

At AXA's Brisbane office, I excelled as a Superannuation Administrator, adeptly managing client accounts and swiftly responding to customer inquiries in a high-volume call center setting. My proficiency across multiple products and consistent surpassing of key performance indicators reflect my passion for the fast-paced, knowledge-intensive nature of superannuation services.

Beginning my tenure with Legal & General, which later became part of Colonial First State under CBA, I advanced from a Superannuation Administrator in St Leonards to a pivotal role in the Financial Hardship division in Sydney City. My responsibilities grew to include discretionary decision-making on payments and close collaboration with the Melbourne office for larger claims. The role demanded meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of superannuation legislation.
