As Development & Membership Manager at the Children's Creativity Museum (CCM), I combine my passion for education, arts, and innovation with my skills in grant writing, administration, marketing, and member relations. I have been working at CCM for over five years, where I write and secure government and foundation grants. I also oversee the strategic planning and execution of membership programs, events, and campaigns, as well as the cultivation and stewardship of donors and sponsors. I collaborate with the marketing, education, and operations teams, working at the crossroads of Education, Human Resources, Operations, and FinancePreviously, I worked as a Family Care Director at NorthCreek Academy, where I managed the family care programs and services, and as a Garden Guide at MJM Management Group, where I hosted events and supervised the children's play area. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Holy Names University, where I developed a strong understanding of human behavior, psychological development, and research methods. I am passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to realize their potential though interactive and immersive environments that foster growth and development.
