These enhancements reduced development time for the product team by est. one month per feature while meeting new enterprise customer requirements--Abnormal Security is an award-winning email security platform that leverages ML and data science to stop advanced email attacks and account compromises. We work with top F500 companies to solve today's most damaging cyber threats.

Designed semester-long curriculum for 8 startups; brought in industry experts and topic-specific presentations. Also, rewrote the interview questions for batch companies and internal members to make the process more equitable. Beyond Curriculum duties, I was chief advisor to two startups, helping each of them find the market fit, build their MVP, and get their first dollars in.

Proactive Service Tool Implementation: Collaborated with the Salesforce Einstein team to deploy an EA proactive service tool to 10 customers. This innovative tool leverages machine learning, data from IoT devices, and insights from field technicians to predict when an asset needs servicing before a breakdown occurs. The result is zero downtime and an extended asset lifespan for our customers.Backlog and Feature Management: As an intern, I effectively managed the product backlog and handled the development of small features for the team, ensuring smooth project progression and timely delivery of enhancements.Executive Presentations: Presented the project and its outcomes to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other key leaders at Salesforce, demonstrating the value and impact of the proactive service tool on customer operations.

President (Spring 2021):Led executive team to organize club-wide events, produce a record-breaking number of external events, and run a virtual recruitment process. Also founded and led an internal DEI audit committee to use recruitment data, internal interviews, and other metrics to report on the current state of the club’s inclusivity and diversity.VP Associate Development (Fall 2020):Organized guest speaker events and professional development opportunities for the 37 person club. Revamped the new associate training to include 7 in-depth bi-weekly lessons as opposed to the one "superday".Project Manager (Spring 2020) :Led a five-person team that analyzed a company’s entire supply chain to develop a comprehensive product strategy for the company to become carbon neutral, saving 400 tons of CO2 output. Organized weekly meetings and assignments to ultimately deliver a midpoint and final presentation to COOSenior Associate Consultant (Fall 2019):Helped lead a project team to develop a new platform interface for a multi-billion dollar tech company's CRM branch.Associate Consultant (Fall 2018 - Spring 2020):Worked for a human trafficking prevention agency to research and design a facebook awareness campaign for New York City Chinatowns. Also worked for Patagonia, performing a market analysis to create a new platform-product recommendation in the shared economy space.

Worked with engineering, legal, and repair teams to consolidate requirements and create product specifications for an integration platform to automate new vehicle part design and manufacturing. I developed in Python, C#, HTML, and JavaScript

Named the #2 summer internship program by Vault (out of over 400 programs), the KP Fellows Program is an intensive, high-impact summer program for students pursuing careers in engineering, design, and product. Developed a tool to monitor, send alerts, and visualize metrics of backend microservices in Scala and Prometheus. I also helped lead the development of procedures for code review and prioritization for a newly formed backend tools team. Ultimately, I provided a new process for maintaining and improving microservices for 50+ engineers.

Worked on a team of a small team of five made up of Berkeley undergrads, Haas MBAs, and masters students to evaluate and invest in UC-affiliated startups. Invested in 10 pre-seed startups spanning AR/VR, biotech, CPG, e-commerce, fintech, and travel. Evaluated 100+ Berkeley-affiliated startups in the 2019-2020 school year

Planned and led engineer work on new photo gallery offerings. A week after deployment, the galleries were used on 13k unique sites. Regularly led roadmap planning meetings. I also performed deep data analysis with Python and SQL to track widget use, which led senior management to adopt new usability analysis methods. Was offered a return offer for next summer.

Developed a health check system for smart glasses, running a diagnostic test on the devices, giving recommendations on how to solve possible problems. Previously, Upksill's customer success and customer IT departments had to handle device issues.
