As a Maintenance Manager at Authentic Brands of Chicago, I collaborate with the engineering department to install and diagnose new equipment lines, develop preventive maintenance plans, and mentor maintenance technicians. I also implemented a CMMS system onto tablets and organized equipment data to binders for easy access and reduced downtime.In addition, I am an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Moraine Valley Community College, where I share my knowledge and skills in Industrial Electronics Technology and Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology with students. I have two AAS degrees in these fields from the same college, which I obtained in 2018. My core competencies include electrical wiring, electrical troubleshooting, boilers, blast freezers, pumps, and welding. I am passionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
